Cold and wet outside, warm and smelly inside! Been in the kitchen baking this morning. Of course the old standby Cornbread! And a new casserole that was so easy and quick!
A box of stovetop dressing prepared. A can of chicken gravy hot. A couple of chicken breasts microwaved. Spread half of the dressing in a dish, spread out cooked chopped chicken breasts, cover with hot gravy, spread rest of dressing on top and then add some cheese to make it look great and taste good! Popped all in the oven to let it bubble and brown and the cheese melt, 350 degrees! Since all is precooked the baking time is up to the delight of the eye!
The coffee is still hot and there are still chocolate chip cookies from yesterday.....you are welcome anytime!
