Had discussion yesterday about nursing facilities and how Jack felt about them.  He is facing the reality that I won't always be able to take care of him.  This was not an up day.  He says that walking is becoming so painful that he just can't face taking each step.  Pain pills are not really taking care of the pain.  On a scale of 1--10 he never gets below 2 or 3 and that is miserable.

Nurse comes this afternoon with some new ideas, hope they work.  Take care all of you, Jack and Sue
